2. Visiting this website
This is a static information website. It does not provide user accounts, a contact form, advertising, visitor analytics, embedded videos or externally loaded fonts. The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage for tracking.
When you visit, Cloudflare delivers the website and may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and security-related data. This processing supports content delivery, availability, abuse prevention and network security. Cloudflare security features may use necessary cookies or similar mechanisms depending on the hosting configuration.
3. Email enquiries
If you email us, we process your email address, name where provided, message content and any attachments to respond, discuss potential collaboration and manage the business relationship. Business email is handled using Microsoft 365. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
We process technical data for our legitimate interests in operating and securing this website. We process enquiry data to respond to your request, take steps toward a potential business relationship, perform an agreement where applicable, or pursue our legitimate interests in business communication. We may also retain information where a legal obligation requires it. These grounds apply subject to the requirements of the applicable data protection law.
5. Providers, recipients and international processing
Our hosting provider is Cloudflare and our business email service is Microsoft 365. Their relevant group companies and authorised service providers may process data to provide and secure these services. Data may be processed outside Georgia, including in countries where those providers operate.
Transfers are subject to applicable legal requirements and the contractual safeguards applicable to the relevant service. You may contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. Cloudflare and Microsoft also explain their own processing in their Cloudflare privacy policy and Microsoft privacy statement.
6. How long data is kept
Business correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or relationship and to meet applicable record-keeping, legal-claim or statutory requirements. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required. The retention of technical delivery and security data also depends on the relevant hosting service and security purpose. Contact us for information relevant to a particular request.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable law and its conditions, you may request information about processing, access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, and portability where provided by law. You may object to processing where the law grants that right. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise your rights, email Barbe@qionteq.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
